Condolence: My heart was truly sadden to learn of the passing of my classmate and life long friend Joyce Ann Moses Rowley. We both grew up on the shore working the fields every summer and having fun attending the Weirwood Fair. I pray that the Rowley family and her Aunt Jean will find comfort in knowing Joyce is no longer suffering or in pain as she is now with her heavenly father.
