Joyce Ann Rowley, was born on July 16, 1952 in Franktown, Virginia to James and Mary Tucker. She entered into eternal rest on Monday, April 3, 2017 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
Joyce was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She loved her family with unconditional love and they were the joy of her life. She received great joy from the simplest things in life, like spending time with her family.
Joyce confessed her belief in Christ and joined Living Stone Ministries. She was a faithful and loyal member of her church, dutifully serving as a member of the Hospitality Board and Outreach Ministry Team.
A loving, gentle, and caring spirit will be gently missed by all. She never met a stranger and all that knew her were made brighter and better because she graced their presence.
