Tremaine Donte Giddens, the son of Carolyn Brown and the late Herbert L. Giddens, Sr., was born on June 26, 1977 in Northampton County. He departed this life on Friday, March 9, 2018 at his home in Parksley, Virginia.
Tremaine received his education in the public schools of Accomack County. To know him was to love him; that infectious smile and mild personality, is what he was best known for. Sharp as a tack, Tremaine’s clothes and shoe game was always on point. He was one of the realest you’ll ever meet.
On January 8, 2016, he married the love of his life, Mervat Zaki. “Kane” or “Man” as he was affectionately known by his family and friends, loved his family and enjoyed spending quality time with them.
Left to cherish his fond memories are: his loving wife, Mervat Giddens; son, Tremaine Donte Giddens, Jr.; mother, Carolyn Brown; three brothers, Nikko Brown, Trevor (Lakeisa) Brown, and Herbert Giddens, Jr.; a sister, Stacey West; eight aunts, four uncles, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Tremaine was preceded in death by his father, Herbert L. Giddens, Sr. and aunts, Jeanette Parks and Thelma Giddens.
